Academic staff, as the main internal stakeholders of the Economics and Finance (English) Undergraduate Programme, are responsible for ensuring that programme competencies are delivered effectively; maintaining course content in line with current scientific developments and sectoral needs; implementing transparent assessment processes aligned with learning outcomes; and providing academic advising and guidance. The academic team consists of faculty members specialised in economics, finance, econometrics, and related fields, whose publications, research projects, and applied work contribute to the programme’s academic quality and relevance. Programme planning and monitoring processes are supported by systematic reviews of course achievement data, student feedback, learning outcome monitoring findings, and board decisions, which inform improvements in teaching methods and assessment practices. Coordination with administrative staff and relevant university units (Student Affairs, Erasmus Office, Career Centre, Financial Affairs, etc.) strengthens the effective management of students’ academic and administrative processes and enhances overall student experience.
