In the Economics and Finance (English) Programme, students are recognised as the primary stakeholders and are actively involved in decision-making, monitoring, and continuous improvement processes. The programme is managed through a participatory approach that prioritises regular and multi-channel communication with students. Feedback on teaching and learning practices, assessment procedures, academic advising, and administrative processes is systematically collected and reviewed within relevant boards/committees. To ensure timely support, programme-level advising and class-based communication channels are effectively utilised. Given the programme’s international student profile, the needs of international students—particularly regarding orientation, information flow, and administrative guidance—are closely monitored and addressed in coordination with relevant university units when necessary. Through democratically selected class representatives and structured feedback mechanisms, the student learning experience and the achievement level of programme learning outcomes are regularly reviewed, and necessary updates are implemented within the framework of continuous improvement.
