The primary employer and sectoral partner of the English Language Teaching Program is the Ministry of National Education (MoNE), and the program's education, practice, and employment processes are conducted in line with MoNE's teacher education policies and national teacher competencies. The program develops sustainable partnerships with MoNE-affiliated public schools, as well as private schools, language courses, and various educational institutions.

To enhance teacher candidates' professional competencies, Teaching Practice courses are carried out in MoNE-affiliated practice schools under the supervision of authorized mentor teachers. During this process, candidates gain hands-on experience in essential professional skills such as lesson planning, classroom management, assessment and evaluation, teaching language skills, and monitoring student development in authentic classroom settings.

The program actively employs feedback mechanisms involving school administrators, mentor teachers, and field experts in order to reflect the perspectives of sectoral stakeholders in educational processes. Evaluations obtained from practice schools and mentor teachers are used as evidence in updating the content of teaching practice courses, improving the effectiveness of practice processes, and reviewing program learning outcomes.

In addition, the program closely follows current developments in education and changes in the national English language curriculum implemented by MoNE, with the aim of enhancing graduates' employability. The partnerships developed within this framework support the implementation of a practice-oriented, socially responsive, and continuously improving program structure. The program's stakeholders also include various non-governmental organizations, other universities, municipalities, district governorships, and the Istanbul Governor's Office, with whom collaborative activities are organized in line with identified needs.
