Quality assurance processes at the Faculty of Pharmacy are structured in accordance with the Accreditation Standards of the ECZAKDER Pharmacy Undergraduate Education Program. These processes are implemented based on the Plan–Do–Check–Act (PDCA) cycle.
Educational Processes
• Curricula are designed in alignment with program learning outcomes and course learning outcomes and are reviewed at regular intervals.
• The views of internal and external stakeholders, including students, graduates, academic staff, employers, and professional organizations, are taken into account in program development and revision processes.
• Teaching and learning activities are continuously updated in line with current professional requirements of pharmacy practice and scientific advancements.
Assessment and Evaluation
• Student performance is assessed not only through examinations but also through practical applications, projects, assignments, and process-based assessment methods.
• The alignment of assessment and evaluation tools with course learning outcomes and program learning outcomes is regularly monitored.
• The effectiveness of educational processes is evaluated through the analysis of student feedback and academic performance data.
Continuous Improvement Mechanisms
• Areas for improvement are identified based on self-assessment reports, course and program evaluation results, and feedback from graduates and stakeholders.
• Corrective and preventive actions are planned, implemented, and monitored for the identified areas.
• Educational programs and the quality assurance system are sustainably enhanced in accordance with national and international accreditation requirements.)
