Quality Policy

Our Faculty of Dentistry adopts a management approach based on continuous improvement in line with the quality assurance framework of our University, which has established its own quality system in compliance with the Bologna Process Standards (ESG 2015 – European Standards and Guidelines), the European Standards and Guidelines (ENQA), and the national quality assurance system as recognized by the Higher Education Quality Council. The faculty aims to ensure alignment with national and international quality standards across all processes related to education and training, research, healthcare service delivery, and community engagement.

Our faculty implements an education and service approach that is science-based, evidence-based, committed to ethical principles, and prioritizes patient safety. Learning environments that support students’ academic, clinical, and professional development are provided, while research activities are encouraged to generate knowledge and contribute to society.

The opinions, expectations, and feedback of all stakeholders—particularly students, patients, and staff—are regularly monitored. Processes are reviewed based on collected data, and improvements are implemented to enhance service quality. Our faculty adopts as its fundamental policy the education of dentists who provide oral and dental healthcare services at high standards, adhere to ethical values, and embrace lifelong learning.
