Purpose and Content

The aim of the course	Research art works and designs in the our visually dominated age and examines why they got their forms considering different factors.
Course Content	Explain the different appearance of art and design works according to cultural layers and their consuption habits, together with communal, cultural, social differences.

Learning Outcomes

Define the main areas in arts management.
Distinguish / Separate the areas such as economics, management and marketing.
Take cultural and artistic developments in the world and Turkey as reference.
Plan arts’ judicial, economical and managerial aspects.
Identify the settlement processes of institutions about arts management
Classify the acquired information due to field and project studies.
Follow the improvements about arts management in the world and Turkey.
Organize the communication between artist and audience.
Supervise the stage and entertainment arts organizations.
