Purpose and Content

The aim of the course Each unit is a privately owned business. Therefore, the purpose of the course is to teach business management to the students of the Department of Performing Arts.
Course Content Some concepts related to business; Description of business, Business discipline and its relationship with other branches of science, Development of Business and Management Business as an economic unit, Description of Additional Management and Functions of Management, Definition and Types of Planning. Organization, Execution. Coordination. Control, Business Types, Legal Forms of Enterprises in Turkey, Classification of Enterprises in Terms of Interorganizational Agreements, Establishment Studies, Importance of Feasibility Studies, Importance of Feasibility Studies, Location Selection of the Business Enterprises, Location Selection Methods.
