Purpose and Content

The aim of the course Analysis of the historical development of the art of theater in Ottoman Empire and Turkish Republic.
Course Content Theories on the sources of theater, folkloric theater, theater of the people, Karagöz, local storytelling, puppet theater, Western theater in Tanzmat period, Republican Era'a Turkish theater
