One of the key factors determining the sustainable success of institutions today is their ability to identify and develop the talents of their human resources and align these talents with institutional objectives. In universities, talent management encompasses not only attracting qualified individuals to the institution but also creating an academic environment in which students and academics can fulfil their potential, enhance their productivity, and pursue continuous development.

As the Istanbul Aydın University Talent Management Application and Research Center (AYY-MER), our primary approach is to attract talented individuals to our university, systematically identify their talents and competencies, guide them towards appropriate fields, support their development, and strengthen their institutional commitment. Accordingly, we attach importance to improving the individual competencies of our students and academics, supporting their academic and professional development, and enabling them to use their potential in ways that contribute to the institutional development of our university.

We consider it essential to foster a research culture centred on academics who conduct research, generate knowledge, and embrace continuous development. We also value the development of innovative employment and talent management policies capable of responding to the changing needs of higher education. We believe that human resources play a decisive role in enhancing the quality of education, strengthening research capacity, and promoting institutional commitment within the dynamic structure of universities.

As AYY-MER, we aim to contribute to the development of Istanbul Aydın University's human resources and the strengthening of its institutional capacity through our activities in the areas of research, practice, career development, leadership, and talent management.
