It was adopted as a principle by Istanbul Aydın University Personnel Documentation and Professional Testing Application and Research Center that the acceptance, investigation and decision of objections are not leading to a discriminatory practice against the complainant.
About the documentation activities; objections to results and content of exams and similar issues can be made by the relevant persons and organizations either orally or in writing. The objections are recorded in Objections and Complaints Suggestion Evaluation Form and submitted to the quality manager by the personnel who accepted the objection.
Objections are evaluated by the relevant department manager and quality manager in seven (7) workdays, the complainant is informed in writing and it is sent to the Objections and Complaints Evaluation Committee.
The objections to exam questions and results are evaluated by examining the questions and re-evaluating the answer papers of theoretical exams.
The necessary corrective / preventive activities are initiated in accordance with the decisions taken in Objections and Complaints Evaluation Committee.
The results of the activities are notified to complainants in written form within one month (1) at the latest.
Complaints can be made by relevant persons and institutions in either written or oral form. Complaints are recorded in Objections and Complaints Suggestion Evaluation Form and submitted to the quality manager by the personnel who accepted the complaint. All objections and complaints are firstly examined by the Coordinator. The objections and complaints, that the Coordinator couldn't resolved, are forwarded to Objections and Complaints Committee.
The quality manager determines the procedures to be followed by taking into consideration whether the complaint is relevant with documentation activities or a documented customer.
