"Personnel Confidentiality Impartiality Objectivity Contract"
Istanbul Aydın University Personnel Documentation and Professional Testing Application and Research Center (MSM) takes the necessary precautions by having "Personnel Contract" signed by the staff working in the department operating in the examination and documentation process, and having the contracts that were prepared separately signed by the personnel in committees, part time question preparer / examinant personnel. Working in accordance with the principles of confidentiality, impartiality and independence as an institution is declared and committed by the top management and all personnel with "Personnel Confidentiality Impartiality Objectivity Contract" published and announced to all personnel by the coordinator.
The conditions regarding confidentiality, impartiality and correctness are detailed in the contracts made with the personnel in the committees.
Exam Assessment and Evaluation activities are carried out by the independent personnel from the group that gives education. Exam Assessment and Evaluation activities are carried out in a different area from the education places. Istanbul Aydın University Personnel Documentation and Professional Testing Application and Research Center does not discriminate anyone at documentation processes and programs. However, it takes the necessary measures to meet the requirements of the candidates with disabilities or special conditions at examinations. The Professional Testing Center has the financial resources that may be needed. The resource requirements that may occur in the department are delivered to the Coordinator through Resource Requirements Report and the resource requirements regarding the decisions that were taken at the review meetings of the Management are evaluated.
