Students, as the most important internal stakeholders of the program, actively participate in quality assurance and decision-making processes.
Student Representation: Elected student representatives participate in Faculty and Department Boards, conveying students’ needs, demands, and feedback directly to decision-making mechanisms.

Feedback Mechanisms: At the end of each academic year, comprehensive student evaluation surveys are conducted, covering course content, teaching methods, and infrastructure facilities. In addition, the Education and Assessment–Evaluation Commission monitors examination and evaluation processes to ensure they are carried out fairly and transparently.
Participation Channels: Interaction with students is maintained through the University Information System (UBIS), the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), short message service (SMS), institutional email, and social media platforms. Furthermore, periodic meetings with academic advisors serve as an important channel for students to share their opinions regarding their educational processes.
