At the Department of Audiology of Istanbul Aydın University, our students are at the center of the education and training process. In order to ensure that students’ opinions, suggestions, and requests are conveyed to the department administration in a regular and constructive manner, an active student representative system is in place.

Separate WhatsApp groups have been established for each class level to ensure fast and effective communication with students. Through these groups, information regarding course schedules, examinations, events, announcements, and academic processes is shared on a regular basis. In addition, there is a separate WhatsApp group consisting of class representatives, which enables direct and continuous communication with them.

convey the opinions, suggestions, and requests collected from their classes and share the decisions taken with the student body. Through this structure, students’ participation in decision-making processes is supported, feedback mechanisms are effectively operated, and interaction between the department and students is continuously strengthened.

The university’s institutional feedback system is also actively used to collect and evaluate students’ opinions. Regular feedback is obtained from students regarding courses, practical training, and clinical education processes, and these data are utilized for the continuous improvement of the curriculum.

Furthermore, students are informed about academic and social activities through the department’s announcement systems, e-mail groups, and official communication channels. In this way, student participation in governance, feedback processes, and interaction with the department are supported in a sustainable and systematic manner.
