Strong collaborations have been established with employers and sectoral partners to adapt to the dynamic structure of the healthcare sector:

External Stakeholder Advisory Board: The "Advisory Board," consisting of sector representatives, hospital administrators, and representatives of professional organizations, convenes at least once a year to provide opinions on the curriculum's alignment with sector needs.

Practice and Internship Collaborations: Clinical practice processes for students are planned within the framework of protocols signed with the Provincial Directorate of Health and hospitals affiliated with Istanbul Aydin University.

Employer Feedback: Through "Employer Satisfaction Surveys" conducted with institutions employing our graduates, the competencies of our alumni are evaluated, and the success of program learning outcomes is measured.
