The academic staff involved in the Civil Engineering Program at Istanbul Aydın University play a fundamental role in ensuring the effective and sustainable execution of education, research, and practical activities.

The academic staff are responsible for delivering undergraduate and graduate courses, developing course contents in line with current engineering knowledge, planning laboratory applications, and conducting educational activities aimed at enhancing students' professional competencies. In addition, within the scope of academic advising, students' academic progress is closely monitored, guidance is provided for career planning, and participation in research projects is encouraged. The academic staff also contribute to the continuous development of the department through scientific research, national and international projects, scholarly publications, and collaborations with industry.

The technical and administrative staff within the laboratory actively participate in the processes of laboratory use.
