Student participation and feedback processes within the program are structured in line with the principles of transparency and continuous improvement. Student representatives are elected at the beginning of each academic year through a secret ballot, separately for each year of study, ensuring that students' opinions and requests are regularly communicated to the program administration. As part of the feedback mechanisms, academic monitoring practices are implemented, and students' evaluations of teaching and learning processes are systematically collected. In addition, through external stakeholder meetings, students' expectations and feedback are discussed together with industry representatives, supporting the program's relevance and up-to-date structure. Moreover, student WhatsApp groups are used as a fast communication and information-sharing channel, while the mentoring system—where senior students guide junior students—strengthens students' academic and social adaptation process.
