Accounting and Finance Management Program carries out the procedures for horizontal transfer, vertical transfer, course equivalency/adaptation, and recognition of prior learning in accordance with relevant legislation, the regulations of the Council of Higher Education, and the decisions of the University Senate. Within this framework, applications for internal/inter-institutional horizontal transfer and vertical transfer are received during designated periods, and adaptation processes are conducted based on the content, credit/ECTS values, and academic achievements of the courses previously completed by students. In the recognition of prior learning, students’ formal learning experiences and, when necessary, equivalency assessments are taken into consideration, and decisions regarding course exemptions and credit transfers are made by the relevant academic units in a transparent and traceable manner. These processes are implemented systematically to support students’ integration into the educational process and to ensure the integrity of learning outcomes.
