The academic and administrative staff involved in the Accounting and Financial Management Program play an active role in ensuring that the teaching and learning process is carried out effectively, sustainably, and in accordance with quality assurance principles. Academic staff are responsible for planning and delivering courses, conducting assessment and evaluation activities, providing academic advising, carrying out academic monitoring, and implementing initiatives aimed at continuous program improvement. Administrative staff, on the other hand, contribute to the operation of the program by supporting processes such as student admission, registration, course and examination procedures, graduation processes, and coordination with academic units. The collaboration between academic and administrative staff ensures the monitoring of students' academic progress, the evaluation of stakeholder feedback, and the effective implementation of program objectives.
