The program employs a full-time and/or part-time academic staff with expertise appropriate to the needs of four disciplines: Clinical Psychology, Applied Psychology (e.g., Forensic Psychology), Social Psychology, and Developmental Psychology. Academic staff members are assigned to teach existing courses by taking into account their academic background, experience, and qualifications.

Under ordinary circumstances, according to the decision taken by the commission established by the Rectorate regarding the reorganization of attendance at work, participation in academic activities, teaching loads, additional course fees, and summer school course fees of the University's academic staff, as prepared by the Directorate of Personnel Affairs and set forth in the Rector-signed document numbered 54167746-903.99 and titled "On the Teaching Loads and Additional Course Fees of Academic Staff", the standard teaching loads determined during the renewal of contracts for the 2024–2025 academic year—except for special circumstances arising from contractual obligations or other conditions—have been set as follows: 21 hours for Lecturers, 18 hours for Lecturers with a PhD, 18 hours for Assistant Professors, 15 hours for Associate Professors, and 12 hours for Professors.

In the implementation and execution of the curriculum, there are four disciplines—Clinical Psychology, Applied Psychology (Forensic Psychology), Social Psychology, and Developmental Psychology—and the areas of expertise of the current 6 full-time faculty members are distributed in a manner consistent with these disciplines. In addition, depending on the needs required by the courses, the need for part-time or hourly paid instructors continues to be met through external appointments.
