Our university's official websites are managed within an up-to-date, accessible, and user-oriented structure.

In this context, the Coordinatorship:

  1. Regularly monitors and updates the university website,
  2. Strengthens the user experience by developing new pages and interfaces,
  3. Keeps the digital content flow alive by creating blog content,
  4. Ensures coordination with relevant units by controlling forms and data flow processes,
  5. Contributes to improvement processes by analyzing user feedback,
  6. Produces new pages and develops the existing structure using technologies such as PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and WordPress,
  7. Conducts all digital processes in accordance with information security, KVKK (PDPL), and data protection policies.

Furthermore, it handles the security of our university's digital infrastructure as a priority responsibility by reporting observed or suspected security vulnerabilities in the systems.

The Web Development Specialist and Assistant Web Development Specialist continuously improve our university's digital platforms in line with technical sustainability, performance monitoring, and strategic development plans.

Social Media Management and Digital Communication

Our university's social media accounts are managed within the framework of an interaction-oriented and planned strategy reflecting our corporate identity.

In this context:

  1. Management of Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms is provided,
  2. Original text, visual, and video content are prepared and publishing processes are coordinated,
  3. Academic achievements, events, and live broadcasts are announced in the digital environment,
  4. Corporate reputation is protected by monitoring comment and interaction processes,
  5. Social media marketing plans and editorial calendars are prepared and implemented,
  6. Bulk e-mail and SMS distributions are planned, approval processes are carried out, and reported,
  7. Continuous improvement is ensured by performing reach, interaction, and performance analyses.

The Social Media Specialist increases our university's digital communication power by working in cooperation with other units in line with brand management, digital visibility, and interaction enhancement goals.
