Istanbul Aydın University Press and Media Relations Coordinatorship is a strategic bridge that conveys our university's vision of "A World Enlightened by Knowledge" to broad audiences through the media. Our unit is responsible for bringing the academic knowledge, scientific projects, and the dynamism of campus life to the public agenda with an accurate, transparent, and impressive language.

    

In this context, the Press and Media Relations Coordinatorship plans the statements made and to be made by the academicians working at our university to the press, organizes live broadcast appearances on television and digital platforms, and shares scientific studies that resonate with the public through the media by handling them within the framework of news value. It closely monitors academic, cultural, and social events held within the university; increasing the visibility of these activities by directly following the events when necessary and by inviting members of the press.

    

Every scientific study carried out at our university and every innovative idea emerging from our laboratories is transformed into content with news value by our unit. This content shared with the public is not just information, but also a record of Turkey’s scientific development journey.

   

Our Fields of Activity

Our Coordinatorship is built upon the following core pillars in modern media relations management:

   

Academic Visibility and Media Management: Coordinates the opinions of our academicians to be featured in print, visual, and digital media; manages live broadcast participation processes with strategic planning.

News and Content Production: Prepares press releases by monitoring scientific, cultural, and artistic events across the university on-site and serves them to national/international media organizations.

Events and Press Invitations: Ensures the participation of media members in our corporate organizations, organizes press conferences, and manages field communication.
