Istanbul Aydın University Imaging Systems Coordinatorship is a specialized unit that forms our university's visual memory, enhances its corporate storytelling power, and manages all photo-video production processes within a strategic framework. Our Coordinatorship ensures the visual recording of academic, scientific, cultural, and social events held within the university; it presents the produced content to the public by organizing it in accordance with corporate identity and broadcasting standards. Our goal is to reflect our university's dynamism, productivity, and academic strength through a powerful visual language and to create a sustainable digital archive.

Our Fields of Activity

Event Shooting and Organization Processes

Our Coordinatorship plans and organizes all photo and video shooting processes by regularly monitoring the university event calendar.

In this context:   

  1. Planning and performing photo and video shoots for academic and corporate events,
  2.    
  3. Executing studio and outdoor shooting organizations,
  4.    
  5. Determining shooting concepts and ensuring necessary equipment setups,
  6.    
  7. Conducting technical checks of camera, lighting, and sound systems,
  8.    
  9. Ensuring production quality by guiding the individuals involved in the shoots.


The Photographer and Videographer staff take an active role in all visual content production processes of our university, ensuring that shoots are completed in accordance with technical and aesthetic standards.

 
Editing, Montage, and Content Production

Post-shooting processes are completed through professional editing and montage stages.

  1. Arranging raw video and audio recordings,
  2.    
  3. Performing the editing and montage of video content,
  4.    
  5. Coordinating music, graphics, subtitles, and effect processes,
  6.    
  7. Checking compliance with broadcast format, resolution, and platform requirements,
  8.    
  9. Producing dynamic video content in line with social media trends,
  10.    
  11. Regularly archiving all produced content and making it accessible.


The Editing Specialist ensures that content is prepared in a creative way with a strong design aspect suitable for the corporate identity; maintaining quality standards by performing final pre-broadcast checks.


Technical Infrastructure and Process Management

The Imaging Systems Coordinatorship is responsible not only for content production but also for the sustainability of the technical infrastructure.   

  1. Identifying needs for photography machines, cameras, and auxiliary equipment,
  2.    
  3. Ensuring the maintenance and control of the equipment used,
  4.    
  5. Planning the workflow and editing calendar,
  6.    
  7. Managing delivery processes and performing performance tracking,
  8.    
  9. Monitoring technological developments and ensuring their implementation within the university.


All processes are carried out in line with information security, KVKK (PDPL), and corporate management systems; ensuring the compliance of produced content with both technical and ethical standards.
