Purpose and Content

The aim of the course To have knowledge about gas turbine engines used in today's passenger aircraft and to be able to practice on their maintenance and repair. Have knowledge about gas turbine engines and can practice on aircraft maintenance and repair.
Course Content Gains knowledge of Starting / Starting and Ignition Systems, Engine Indicator Systems, Turbo-prop Engines, Turbo-shaft Engines, Auxiliary Power Units (APUs), Power System Installation, Fire Protection Systems and Engine Monitoring / Tracking and Ground Operation.
