The Economics and Finance Bachelor's Program (Turkish) has an institutionalized and continuous communication and graduate tracking structure. Communication with graduates is regularly maintained through the university's alumni information system, email groups, and digital communication channels. Announcements regarding academic developments, events, and career opportunities are systematically shared through these channels. Graduate relations within the program are carried out in coordination with the Istanbul Aydin University Alumni Association (IAUMED), which operates under the university. Established on April 13, 2007, IAUMED aims to bring together graduates and members of Istanbul Aydin University and to maintain graduates' ongoing connection with their university. With approximately 43,000 members, the association strengthens interaction between alumni and the university community through social, professional, and institutional support mechanisms. Within the scope of graduate tracking activities, data related to graduates' employment status, career development, and postgraduate education processes are regularly monitored. Periodic feedback obtained from graduates is effectively used to evaluate the alignment of program learning outcomes, course content, and acquired competencies with the expectations of the business world and the public sector. This feedback is reviewed by departmental academic boards and reflected in continuous program improvement efforts. In addition, graduates are encouraged to share their academic and professional experiences with current students. Through alumni meetings, seminars, and career oriented events, graduates contribute indirectly to the educational process and provide guidance for students' career planning. This structure supports a stakeholder based, feedback driven educational approach that sustains The Economics and Finance Bachelor's Program's (Turkish) strong and ongoing relationship with its graduates.
