In the Economics and Finance Bachelor's Program (Turkish), student participation in decision making processes and the consideration of student feedback are regarded as key components of continuous quality improvement. Within this framework, a student representation system is actively implemented, and student representatives elected at each class level convey students' opinions, suggestions, and concerns to the relevant academic units. Student representatives participate in departmental and faculty level meetings, ensuring that student perspectives are reflected in academic and administrative discussions. Student feedback is systematically collected through regular course and instructor evaluation surveys. These surveys provide valuable insights into course content, teaching methods, and the effectiveness of learning outcomes, serving as an important input for program development. The feedback obtained is reviewed by departmental academic committees, and necessary improvement actions are planned and implemented accordingly. In addition, students maintain regular one to one communication with faculty members through the academic advising system, receiving guidance on academic progress, course selection, and career planning. Meetings organized by the department, information sessions, and online communication channels offer accessible and transparent participation mechanisms through which students can share their views and recommendations. This structure supports students' active involvement as key stakeholders in the educational process.
