In accordance with Article 6 of the Istanbul Aydın University Student Council Regulations, permanent communication channels have been established for our student representatives, who are elected separately for each class. Draft exam and course schedules are shared with our representatives, and their suggestions are evaluated. In addition, face-to-face meetings are held with class representatives regarding other decisions made on student-related matters. Furthermore, all our students can communicate their personal complaints and suggestions, as well as their general evaluations regarding our faculty, face-to-face with our faculty members during weekly office hours and with the Dean's Office on an ongoing basis. The Dean's Office follows up on the thoughts and suggestions communicated by students via UBIS and email and provides them with information.
