KAAN BAYRAMZADE

Hello;
I entered Istanbul Aydın University's Faculty of Law in 2015. During my studies at our faculty, I served as a board member of our university's Law Club from 2016 to 2017 and as its President from 2017 to 2018. During this time, I played an active role in organizing various events, official visits, talks, and conferences. During these years, I also co-founded the "Lawyers Meet Platform," which was supported by more than 20 law clubs, and participated in joint projects with this platform. In this way, I facilitated the university's participation in joint club activities. Subsequently, for two years between 2018 and 2019 and 2019 and 2020, I served as a Founding Executive Board Member of the Istanbul Bar Association Student Union, actively participating in the bar association.
Throughout my university years, I lived an active and, to put it mildly, hectic student life. Later, during my final year of law school, I began my student internship at Keskin Law Firm, continuing it into my legal internship. Upon completion of my legal internship, I founded Bayramzade Law and Consulting Law Firm on Bağdat Street in Kadıköy. After operating there for two years, we finally acquired our own office in Ritim Istanbul Plaza in 2023, where we continue to operate to this day.
Currently, our office includes three interns and two attorneys. We have participated in numerous seminars and conferences representing our office both domestically and internationally, and we currently offer services in the areas of Contract Law, Real Estate Law, and Criminal Law.
One piece of advice I would like to give to future colleagues pursuing their studies at our school is to remember that becoming a lawyer requires significant social engagement and diligence, and to take action now to avoid long-term investments.

SENA İSPİRLİ
After graduating from Anatolian Teacher Training High School, I enrolled at Istanbul Aydın University, graduating with high honors in 2019, including a one-year English preparatory program. The English preparatory period, which offered benefits such as participating in the school newspaper team and engaging in TOEFL-focused in-class activities, allowed me to achieve the necessary scores on later language exams and to become a strong English speaker for both academic and peer relationships. Following the preparatory program, I began my undergraduate studies in law, theater, and music. After graduating from law school, which included core law courses, various international events, and honors classes focusing on current academic debates, I was accepted to Istanbul University's Criminal Justice and Criminology graduate program. During my graduate studies, I took valuable and productive courses in various disciplines, procedures, and content. Meanwhile, my academic and personal interests, which began with the education courses I took at the teacher training high school, led me to enroll in the Child Development Department of Istanbul University's Faculty of Open and Distance Education. Since my undergraduate studies, I have participated in various in-school, out-of-school, and out-of-town seminars and workshops on various topics. After completing my master's degree, I had the opportunity to present papers at the International Crime and Punishment Film Festival and Bilkent University. In 2023, I started working as a research assistant in the Department of Criminal and Criminal Procedure Law at Istanbul Aydın University.
NAZAN SAĞLAMER
Hello;
I am Nazan Sağlamer, a 2020 graduate of Istanbul Aydın University's Faculty of Law. Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we were unable to attend a graduation ceremony in person. However, our university held a formal ceremony for us, which we could access remotely. After graduation, I returned to my hometown of Gaziantep and began my official legal internship. During my internship, I met with Dr. Lecturer Kemale Leyla Aslan, from whom I had the opportunity to take courses during my undergraduate studies, and explained that I didn't want to just pursue a bachelor's degree but wanted to pursue a master's degree in private law. She supported my idea and encouraged me to pursue a master's degree at our university. I also shared this idea with Dr. Lecturer Evrim Kerman, from whom I had the opportunity to take courses during the same period, to learn from her experiences. Like Kemale, Evrim was very supportive of my master's degree and said that we would be delighted to see our undergraduate students pursue a master's degree. With the support of my professors, I enrolled at Ales University and applied to our university for a thesis-based Master's Degree in Private Law. After successfully completing the interview process, I began my master's degree coursework. During this period, I completed my official legal internship, obtained my license, and began practicing law as a freelance lawyer. During this time, I began writing columns every Monday for the Gaziantep Oluşum Newspaper, selecting current topics to provide everyone with access to general legal information in plain language. Last year, I completed the master's degree coursework by completing all the courses I received from our esteemed professors. I chose Dr. Kemale Leyla Aslan as my advisor to write a thesis in Health Law, my area of interest. Upon her acceptance as my advisor, I began the thesis writing process. I am currently practicing law as a freelance lawyer and am continuing my thesis writing process. I discovered the joy of deeply embracing and loving the academic field and began writing articles along the way. In April, I published my first peer-reviewed article, "An Assessment of the Regulation Amending the Regulation on Private Healthcare Institutions Providing Outpatient Diagnosis and Treatment," in the 2023/1 issue of the Turkish Journal of Bioethics. My articles, "Precautions Taken for the Covid-19 Variants Impacting the World and the Legal Nature of Compulsory Vaccination," and "A General Overview of Health Tourism and Health Tourism Law," were published in the Injuria Law journal. My article, "Legal Aspects of Personal Data Protection in E-Commerce," was published in the March 2022 issue of Business and Life Magazine. Other articles I have submitted to various peer-reviewed law journals will be published shortly, as they are undergoing peer-review processes. This year, after completing the thesis writing process and successfully passing the thesis jury, I will be proud to add my master's degree to the undergraduate degree I received from Istanbul Aydın University Faculty of Law. I wish to continue to pursue many excellent academic endeavors at our university.
Sincerely…
MEHMET EGE ÜZÜMCÜ

I was born in Istanbul in 1996, the only child of a civil servant family. Due to my parents' civil service positions, I lived in Istanbul, Isparta, Sinop, Edirne, and Çanakkale. Despite being accepted to a supposedly well-established Anatolian High School with honors, I was only just about to be expelled from the school, but despite being among the top five, I graduated third from the bottom. I then enrolled in Istanbul Aydin University's Faculty of Law. Perhaps due to the highly qualified academic staff and my interest in law, I earned two semesters of High Honors and one semester of Honors, graduating in 2019 with an overall GPA of 3.38. During my university years, I was selected for two university-based research teams abroad, one of which was at the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg. Immediately following my undergraduate degree, I completed a Master's Degree with a thesis in Public Law at Bahçeşehir University, graduating in 2022 with a 3.79 GPA and a master's thesis titled "The Crime of Violating the Debtor's Payment Conditions." I have been actively practicing law for two years, primarily in the fields of Enforcement Law and Criminal Law. I am currently preparing for my doctoral exams. My most important goal, both now and in the future, is to avoid mediocrity in every field.
ERKİN AKBAY
I was born in Niğde in 1996. After completing my primary, secondary, and high school education in Niğde, I was accepted into Istanbul Aydın University's Faculty of Law with a full scholarship. During my undergraduate studies, I had the opportunity to visit the European Court of Human Rights, the European Parliament, and the Council of Europe through a project at Istanbul Aydın University. In my second year of undergraduate studies, I was accepted to the Istanbul Bilgi University Human Rights Summer School program and completed the program. I completed my undergraduate studies in 2019 and the same year was accepted with a scholarship to the Istanbul Bilgi University Human Rights Law Master's Program with a Thesis. I completed my master's degree after my thesis, which examined the concept of morality in Criminal Law through the crime of "Immodest Acts," was unanimously accepted. In addition to my voluntary and semi-professional activities in civil society, I have been working as an Aegean Regional Law Attorney at the Association for Solidarity with Asylum Seekers and Migrants (SGDD-ASAM) since 2021.
GÜLHAN BUYRUK GÜLNAZ
I was born in Bingöl in 1990. I graduated from Anadolu University's Department of Business Administration in 2014 and began working at the Ankara Courthouse after taking the KPSS exam in 2014. Choosing between pursuing a master's degree and re-enrolling in university, I enrolled in the Justice Department in 2015 and was accepted to Istanbul Aydın University's Faculty of Law in 2017 with a 30% scholarship through the DGS exam. After completing my law degree in three years, I began preparing for the Judicial Court Judge and Prosecutor exams. While continuing my work at the Ankara Courthouse and interning at the Ankara Bar Association, I passed the Judicial Court Judge and Prosecutor exams and mediator exams in 2023. I subsequently successfully completed my interview for the judge and prosecutor positions. One of the most valuable contributions of my school during this period, during which I worked as a public servant and continued my education, was the opportunity it provided me to meet my esteemed professors and invaluable friends. I've also seen and shown you what people can achieve when they want it. I can work and study without ever falling behind in my social life. I can achieve my dreams by passing the judge and prosecutor exams without even going to a private tutoring center due to my limited time. My advice to my friends who are just starting out is to make long-term plans, work regularly, and be consistent, without disrupting their social lives or disrupting the balance between them. For me, it's time to dream new dreams 😊
CANSU MOLLAMEMİŞOĞLU
Hello, I'm Cansu MOLLAMEMİŞOĞLU, Attorney at Law, registered with the Istanbul Bar Association under registration number 76708. I graduated with honors in 2020 from Istanbul Aydın University Faculty of Law, which I started in 2016. I gained my first experience with law and the legal profession through an on-site internship provided by our university during my third year of university. Subsequently, until I graduated, I worked as a student intern at numerous law firms with varying visions and missions, as much as my schedule allowed. These internships not only helped me observe the practice of the legal profession but also provided me with considerable experience thanks to my mentors who gave me the opportunity to take on responsibilities. Therefore, the one-year legal internship I began immediately after graduation was spent practicing law rather than practicing law.
From my third year until I received my legal license, I worked at numerous law firms, both corporate and boutique, with diverse practice principles, which significantly helped me forge my own path. This allowed me to decide first and foremost whether I wanted to practice law and then how I wanted to practice it. In line with these decisions, I received my attorney's license in September 2021 and opened M&Y Law and Consultancy Firm in October 2021.
Being a lawyer is quite demanding, both in terms of workload and mentality, so I felt it would be more appropriate to continue my journey with a colleague with whom I could align myself in terms of work ethic. Therefore, my partner, Attorney Ali Giray YILDIRIM, and I have been the founding attorneys of M&Y Law and Consultancy Firm for nearly two years.
Although I have strived to gain professional experience and knowledge since my student years, opening my own office immediately after receiving my license was initially a bit daunting. However, the feedback I received from our faculty members regarding their belief in me has always encouraged me to continue on this path.
In this regard, I owe a debt of gratitude to Prof. Dr. Haluk BURCUOĞLU, one of our faculty members, Attorney at Law, for his unwavering support, knowledge, experience, and, most importantly, love, since my student years. Likewise, I extend my endless gratitude to my beloved professors, Attorneys at Law Prof. Dr. Ufuk AYDIN and Şaban Cankat TAŞKIN, for their unwavering support and insights into legal disputes I encountered during my time as a lawyer.
In this regard, I would also like to extend my gratitude and respect to Prof. Dr. Yadigar İZMİRLİ, Rector of Istanbul Aydın University, and Prof. Dr. Vahit DOĞAN, Dean of the Faculty of Law, for ensuring that we spent our education with such esteemed faculty members

First Name: Kamil.
Surname: Alaybeyoğlu.
Age: 24.
Hometown & Residence: Kahramanmaraş.
I completed my university education at Istanbul Aydın University, graduating from the Faculty of Law in 2021. Afterward, I wanted to pursue a master's degree and further my academic career. Because I was satisfied with the university I graduated from and its academic staff, I wanted to pursue my master's degree at Istanbul Aydın University, where I graduated.
Therefore, I started the Public Law Master's program at Istanbul Aydın University's Graduate School in 2022, in the fall semester of 2022. In the fall semester of 2023, I will begin writing my master's thesis on General International Law (General International Law). I haven't started my legal internship yet, but I plan to begin it in 2023.
If I were to mention the contributions my university has made to me, it would be that its location has given me the opportunity to meet many people from all over the country. Regarding my profession, thanks to our esteemed professors who instilled in us a love for law and shared their experiences both academically and academically, we have had the opportunity to develop our professional skills and develop our love for the law. That's why I chose the university where I graduated, the university where I received my undergraduate education, as my academic path to further my studies.
