Employers & Sectoral Partners

The Arabic Language Teaching Program maintains continuous interaction with employers and sectoral partners in order to enhance the quality of its educational processes and ensure alignment with sectoral needs. Within the program, a Sectoral Advisory Board has been established as a key mechanism through which the views and recommendations of stakeholders are reflected in the program. Through the Advisory Board, curriculum structure, practicum processes, and graduate competencies are regularly reviewed and evaluated.
Among the program’s primary stakeholders are Imam Hatip high schools and Imam Hatip middle schools affiliated with the Ministry of National Education. Within the framework of cooperation with these institutions, teacher candidates carry out their teaching practicum and internship activities in authentic classroom settings. These practices support candidates in gaining professional experience and in applying theoretical knowledge to real teaching environments.
These collaborations with partners contribute to maintaining the program’s relevance, strengthening its practical dimension, and enhancing the employability of its graduates.
