The Planning Directorate of Istanbul Aydin University coordinates classroom and course scheduling to ensure that educational activities at our university are conducted in an organized and efficient manner. It organizes the use of classrooms and laboratories in accordance with course schedules and the academic calendar, prevents conflicts by optimizing capacity, and identifies needs in collaboration with academic units. Through planning that takes technological and physical infrastructure into account, it facilitates access to classes for our students and academics and supports the uninterrupted and complete execution of educational processes.
