The Planning Directorate of Istanbul Aydin University coordinates classroom and course scheduling to ensure that educational activities at our university are conducted in an organized and efficient manner. Our Directorate organizes the use of classrooms and laboratories in the most effective way, in accordance with the academic calendar and course schedules.
Our responsibilities include:
- Allocating classrooms in accordance with course schedules and the academic calendar,
- Preventing conflicts by optimizing classroom and laboratory capacity,
- Identifying classroom needs in collaboration with academic units,
- Planning classroom usage by considering technological and physical infrastructure,
- Ensuring the uninterrupted and orderly execution of educational processes.
As the Planning Directorate, we utilize modern planning techniques and data-driven decision-making methods to facilitate access to classes for our students and academics and to ensure that educational processes occur efficiently. Our goal is to contribute to the quality of education by ensuring that every course is conducted at the right time, in the right place, and without deficiency.
