Services

The Personnel Department carries out the following duties regarding our university's academic staff:

1. Conducting all studies related to the manpower planning and personnel policies of academic staff.
2. Executing the appointment, personal rights, and retirement procedures of academic staff within the framework of laws, statutes, regulations, and directives.
3. Performing procedures regarding part-time teaching staff in accordance with the legislation.
4. Ensuring the preparation, submission, and follow-up of University Senate and Administrative Board decisions.
5. Carrying out the correspondence of the University's Directorate of Editorial Affairs by proxy.
6. Fulfilling the roles of coordinator and rapporteur in the preparation of Self-Evaluation Reports regarding the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) audit processes.
7. Carrying out and finalizing other duties assigned to the Department in accordance with the legislation.
