Mission & Vision

Mission
As the Istanbul Aydin University Personnel Department, our mission is to contribute to the training of qualified manpower required by our university, our country, and on a global scale, the European Union and the world, possessing the ability to apply acquired knowledge. In this direction, we adopt a personnel management approach that supports the training of individuals who can adapt quickly to contemporary developments, are equipped with computer and informatics technologies, can use scientific methods effectively, can utilize at least one foreign language in their professional lives, and exhibit strong personal and professional competencies in the workplace.
Furthermore, our Department considers it among its primary missions to fulfill the duties and responsibilities regarding our university's institutional structure completely and effectively within the framework of the Higher Education Law No. 2547, the Regulation on Foundation Higher Education Institutions, the Istanbul Aydin University Main Regulation, and all relevant legal legislation.

Our Vision
Our vision is to create a reliable and sustainable personnel management model that strengthens the academic and administrative achievements of Istanbul Aydin University by providing efficient, fast, and solution-oriented service with a contemporary and dynamic structure, in line with the sense of responsibility and ethical values.
