As the Personnel Department, our aim is to conduct all processes related to the manpower planning and personnel policies of academic staff in accordance with the legislation, in order to support the effective and orderly execution of our university's academic activities.
Within this scope, performing the procedures regarding the appointment, personal rights, and retirement of academic staff and part-time teaching members within the framework of laws, statutes, regulations, and directives, as well as ensuring the preparation, submission, and follow-up of University Senate and Administrative Board decisions, are among our primary duties. Additionally, by ensuring the execution of correspondence within the scope of the Directorate of Editorial Affairs by proxy and undertaking the coordination and rapporteur duties in the preparation of Self-Assessment Reports for Council of Higher Education (YÖK) audit processes, we contribute to the healthy functioning of our university's administrative processes and the strengthening of its institutional structure.
