Universities are not only institutions where knowledge is produced and transferred, but also safe, peaceful, and sustainable living spaces. With this understanding, our primary duty as the Security Directorate is to ensure the highest level of personal and property safety for our students, academic and administrative staff, and visitors across all university campuses.

Our Directorate operates within the framework of Law No. 5188 on Private Security Services and related legislation, based on a preventive security approach. We make effective use of technological capabilities in carrying out security services; we ensure the security of our campuses without interruption through camera and surveillance systems, checkpoints, and patrol services. Being prepared for potential emergencies and responding quickly and effectively are among our primary objectives.

With our expert, trained, and highly conscientious staff, we provide services while adhering to human rights, ethical values, transparency, and principles of justice. We view security services not only as a protective activity but also as a fundamental element of a peaceful and safe environment that supports university life. 

In this regard, we are steadfastly continuing our efforts to contribute to our university's strategic goals, prioritize stakeholder satisfaction, and continuously improve security services.
