Our Career Center aims to develop the talents, knowledge, skills, and interests of prospective students, current students, alumni, and employees in line with the needs of the university and the country.

Our goal is to increase the prestige and preferability of our university and its members, and to contribute to the development of our country's human resources potential and performance.

As the Career Development Application and Research Center team, we aim to always stand by our students and serve as a guide throughout their career journeys.

   

• We organize conferences, seminars, and training sessions focused on personal development and career every academic year.

• We act as a bridge between companies and students during internship and practical application processes.

• We offer one-on-one career counseling to our students.

• We bring our students together with our solution partners by organizing career fairs at our university every year. This allows students to communicate with companies and submit job/internship applications.

• We monitor the employment processes of our graduates and share the job postings of our solution partners through kariyer.aydin.edu.tr and other platforms.

   

To continuously develop and increase the job and internship opportunities we offer to our students, as well as the personnel opportunities we provide to our solution partners, through entrepreneurship, creativity, and foresight.

   

To be the first center that comes to mind within a university in Türkiye regarding placement for intermediate staff, meeting the sectors' needs for part-time, full-time workforce, and interns.
