Istanbul Aydın University Directorate of Development Centers operates with the aim of supporting the personal, academic, and professional development of our university's students, graduates, and staff through a holistic approach. Based on the concept of lifelong learning, our directorate aims to contribute to the growth of individuals as well-equipped and competent people who can adapt to the changing conditions of the world and professional life.

In this direction, the Continuing Education Center operating within our body contributes to the development of individuals' vocational and personal competencies by offering qualified and practice-based training oriented towards the needs of sectors and the information society, beyond our university's formal education programs. The Career Center, on the other hand, supports the career planning processes of our students and graduates, facilitates their access to internship and employment opportunities, and carries out activities to strengthen university-sector collaborations.

As the Directorate of Development Centers, we continue to contribute to our university's mission of raising qualified and sustainable human resources that add value to society through our education, career, and development-oriented efforts.
