ARTICLE 9 – (1) The tasks of the Director are as follows:
a) To prepare annual activity plan to accomplish the Center’s objectives and to execute it,
b) To represent the Center, to chair the Board of Directors and Advisory Board,
c) To determine the Board of Directors’ agenda and to implement the decisions taken,
d) To sustain coordination and supervision among the units within the Center,
e) To communicate with national and international institutions and to conduct studies,
f) To chair the Board of Directors and Advisory Board,
g) To prepare the annual activity report of the Center and the units affiliated to the Center, to submit the report to the Rectorate.
The Tasks of the Board of Directors
ARTICLE 11 – (1) The tasks of the Board of Directors are as follows:
a) To prepare the work program of the Center, to improve it when needed and to submit it to the Director,
b) To form project and research groups within the Center and to evaluate the works,
c) To determine the principles of cooperation with the university units, national and international individuals, institutions and organizations to be assigned in courses, internships, certificates and similar programs, and to cooperate in the areas where the Center operates,
d) To prepare the annual activity report of the Center and to submit it to the Directorate.
The Tasks of the Advisory Board
ARTICLE 13 – (1) The tasks of the Advisory Board are as follows: To make the necessary evaluations, to submit opinions and suggestions to the Directorate in order to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the works carried out by the Center within the framework of the objectives determined at the 5th Article of this Regulation.
