​​Director

a) To represent the Center and to carry out the Center's administrative affairs,
b) To convene the Board of Directors and the Advisory Board and to chair these boards,
c) To prepare the Center's annual activity report and present it to the relevant units,
ç) To prepare the Center's work programs and ensure their implementation.

Deputy Director
a) To act on behalf of the Director in the Director's absence,
b) To convey to the Director the assessments made regarding increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the work carried out by the Center,
c) To present opinions and suggestions to the Director within the framework of the Center's objectives,
ç) To support the Director in the coordination of courses, training, projects, and similar activities.

Research Assistants
a) To take part in the research and project activities carried out by the Center,
b) To support the Deputy Director in the preparation of the Center's website content (Turkish/English),
c) To contribute to the organization of training sessions, meetings, and events held by the Center.

Board of Directors
a) To make decisions on matters within the Center's scope of activity,
b) To evaluate the annual activity program and report,
c) To determine the principles regarding the institutions and organizations the Center will cooperate with.

Advisory Board
a) To provide opinions and suggestions regarding the Center's activities,
b) To contribute to the academic and scientific development of the Center.
