The aim of the course
Globalization intensified competition due to the efforts of business organizations in all of the race has started the process of restructuring. Businesses to achieve competitive success in an ever-changing conditions in the first focus was to meet with customers and their needs and preferences. But it may be possible to capture the quality of this production. total quality management is also used to increase the competitiveness of enterprises and production quality management is a popular model. This management model is aimed to teach the content.
Course Content
The birth of the concept of quality, development and scope. Fundamentals of total quality management approach, development, content, goals. Features and elements of total quality management. Total quality management tools, strategic expansion process. Relationship and the quality of human resources in the process of TQM principles to be followed.
