Employers & Sectoral Partners

Since the Business Management Associate Degree Program aims to cultivate the professional workforce and mid-level managers demanded by the modern business world; corporate employers, sectoral umbrella organizations (chambers of commerce, professional professional associations), and entities recruiting our graduates represent our primary external stakeholders. The dynamic and systematic interaction workflows established with our sectoral stakeholders are outlined below:

1. Sectoral Advisory Board and Curriculum Optimization

  • Advisory Board Structure: The program hosts a designated "Sectoral Advisory Board" consisting of executives from local and national enterprises, human resources executives, and certified public accountants. This board convenes periodically throughout the academic year.
  • Market-Driven Curriculum: Digital transformations and global movements within the business arena (e.g., E-Commerce, Artificial Intelligence, Green Transition) are actively reflected in our course structures based on the advisory board's recommendations. The curriculum is kept highly dynamic to match industry requirements.

2. Work-Based Learning, Internships, and Joint Projects

  • Directed Vocational Studies and Internships: Our students' compulsory internships and Directed Vocational Studies (YUM) processes are executed within qualified enterprises in alignment with partnerships established with sectoral stakeholders. Employers monitor and evaluate our students' real-time practical performances in the field.
  • Practical Case Studies: Real-world corporate scenarios and case studies utilized in our courses are enriched by leveraging the operational experiences, challenges, and institutional crisis models shared by our sectoral stakeholders.

3. Employer Satisfaction Surveys and Feedback Loop (PDCA)

  • Systematic Performance Analytics: "Employer Satisfaction Surveys" are systematically administered to organizations that recruit our graduates or host our interns. Through these tools, our graduates' theoretical comprehension levels, teamwork capabilities, analytical bottleneck-solving skills, and technological proficiencies are verified from the perspective of the employers.
  • Continuous Quality Enhancement: Feedback insights gathered from corporate employers are thoroughly evaluated within the program boards in strict accordance with MEDEK quality assurance standards. These insights serve as primary data for refining vocational competencies prior to graduation (completing the Plan-Do-Check-Act loop).
