Activities

In the Business Management Associate Degree Program, instructional processes are strongly reinforced by a rich selection of co-curricular activities designed to expand our students' professional visions, familiarize them with the corporate ecosystem, and upgrade their soft skills. The primary activity modules coordinated within our program include:

1. Sectoral Seminars and Career Days

  • Meetings with Industry Professionals: Throughout each academic semester, executive managers, human resources directors, certified public accountants, and successful entrepreneurs are invited to our program to lead seminars, conferences, and panel discussions. These platforms provide our students with the opportunity to analyze contemporary market trends (E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Artificial Intelligence models, etc.) directly from primary field experts.
  • Career Planning Events: During career days organized in close coordination with the University Career Center, our students interact with national and local enterprises to explore internship and employment pathways while participating in mock interview simulations.

2. Technical Field Trips and On-Site Inspections

In order to observe how theoretical insights acquired in core courses (e.g., Production Management, Foreign Trade Operations, Year-End Accounting Procedures) are executed in real business settings, Technical Field Trips are regularly scheduled to leading manufacturing plants in organized industrial zones, logistics hubs, customs directorates, and ports.

3. Student Clubs and Social Responsibility Projects

  • Club Initiatives: Through proactive student organizations such as the Business and Career Club, our students gain firsthand experience in planning and leading their own events, including case study competitions, networking sessions, and leadership summits. This student-led structure directly enhances their collaborative teamwork and management capabilities (PO 6).
  • Sustainability and Ethics: Within the framework of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and environmental consciousness (PO 10, PO 11), collaborative social responsibility campaigns, green transition panels, and societal awareness events are dynamically executed with the shared participation of our students and faculty.
