Mertcan Yuva

Mertcan Yuva, one of our AnadoluBil Vocational School Electrical Program graduates, began his career as an intern at the family-owned company, 3M Elektrokabin Sistemleri. Having grown up in the thick of the business, mastering all production processes, Yuva stepped into his professional roles in 2016 to strengthen his field experience with a systematic knowledge base. Today, he serves as both a Manufacturing Manager and, as a partner in the company, directs strategic processes.

Yuva, who has developed his technical expertise particularly in detailed project drawing (3-line project), panel visual design, and proposal preparation, is among the company's most competent experts in the coordination of production processes and project management.

Among the significant projects he has participated in are large, technically advanced projects such as:

• Koçzer Business Center

• Baykar Lodging Projects

• TOGG Ankara Service Building

• Migros Rooftop Conversion Panels

Yuva states that the training he received in the Electrical Program has equipped him with analytical thinking, fieldwork theory, problem-solving, and a technical perspective, emphasizing that the learning process has significantly contributed to his professional development.

Raif Hakyemez

Raif Hakyemez, a graduate of YTU Surveying Engineering who entered his professional career as one of the founding partners of Monark Elevator, joined the AnadoluBil Vocational School Electrical Program in 2014 to further systematically structure his strong technical expertise in the field.

Hakyemez, who completed the program at the top of his class between August 31, 2014, and July 12, 2016, deepened his expertise by combining his practical experience in the elevator industry with the academic knowledge he acquired in electrical and electronics. Following graduation, he transferred to the Electrical and Electronics Engineering undergraduate program and graduated from the Faculty of Engineering in 2025.

Today, he combines his expertise in surveying and electrical and electronics engineering with his entrepreneurial experience in the sector, leading technical leadership, project development, and innovative engineering practices at Monark Elevator. Furthermore, as the industry representative of the AnadoluBil Vocational School Electrical Program, he builds a strong collaborative bridge between our department and the industry, making significant contributions to our students' practical education.
