Admission, Recognition & Transfers

Admission to the Electrical Program is based on the central placement results conducted by the Measurement, Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM) in accordance with the current legislation regarding entry into higher education. Candidates who are placed begin their studies by fulfilling the university's registration requirements.
The equivalency and exemption processes for courses previously completed at another higher education institution are carried out within the scope of the university's relevant regulations and guidelines. Course content, learning outcomes, and credit equivalency are taken into account in the evaluations.
Transfers to the program, internal transfers, special student admissions, and transfers to undergraduate programs via the Vertical Transfer Examination (DGS) are carried out in accordance with the decisions of the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) and the university's relevant legislation.
Students in the Electrical Program can benefit from national and international exchange programs; the learning outcomes obtained within this scope are evaluated according to the university's recognition and equivalency principles and reflected in their academic records.
