Academic adversory services are provided to guide students regarding their courses. In accordance with the IAU Counseling Guidelines, each student in our department has an academic advisor. The advisor provides support in finding solutions to all of the student's academic questions and problems. Adversory services are provided through the university's UBIS system and within the adversory hours announced on office notice boards, as well as face-to-face and/or through other communication channels (email, UBIS communication network, WhatsApp) at any time deemed appropriate by the advisor.
