The
Aircraft Maintenance and Repair Department of Istanbul Aydın University
Faculty of Applied Sciences aims to train highly qualified aircraft
maintenance specialists and technical personnel required
by the global and national aviation sector at international standards.
Our
department combines theoretical education, structured in accordance with
the curriculum standards determined by civil aviation authorities
(SHGM, EASA), with practical courses supported by IAU's
strong technological infrastructure and laboratory facilities. Our
students graduate with competence in the maintenance, repair,
inspection, and fault detection processes of aircraft fuselages,
engines, and mechanical systems.
