​Vertical   and horizontal transfers to the program are carried out in accordance with the regulations of the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) and the İstanbul Aydin University Associate and Undergraduate Education and Examination Regulations. Horizontal transfer applications are evaluated based on academic achievement, available quotas, and the relevant legislation. Internal and inter-institutional transfers are finalized upon the opinions of the relevant academic units and the decision of the university’s administrative board.
