In the Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation (English) Program, stakeholder engagement and feedback processes are conducted in line with the program’s current student structure and academic organization. The internal stakeholders include students, academic staff, and administrative staff, while external stakeholders consist of graduates, clinical training institutions, and relevant professional organizations.
Due to the single-cohort structure of the program, the class representative also serves as the student representative of the department. The student representative conveys students’ opinions, requests, and suggestions to the department administration and acts as a communication bridge between students and academic staff.
Student feedback is collected through end-of-term course and instructor evaluation surveys, academic advising meetings, and written or verbal feedback communicated via the student representative. In addition, students may directly communicate their feedback to faculty members or the department administration.
The collected feedback is reviewed during departmental academic meetings and is taken into consideration in decision-making processes aimed at improving the quality of education and
training. The program aims to maintain effective and sustainable stakeholder engagement practices.
