Students in the Software Engineering Program participate in departmental decision-making and improvement processes through student representatives. Student representatives convey students' opinions and suggestions to the department management and may be invited to meetings when appropriate.

Student feedback is collected regularly through course evaluation surveys, academic advising sessions, and online feedback forms. Course evaluation surveys are conducted at the end of each semester, and the results are reviewed by the department and taken into consideration in improving teaching and learning processes.
