Academic and administrative staff working in the Istanbul Aydın University Computer Engineering Program play a pivotal role in the effective and sustainable execution of education, research, and practical activities.

The academic staff is responsible for conducting undergraduate and graduate courses, developing course content in line with current engineering knowledge and technological advancements, planning laboratory practices, and carrying out educational activities aimed at increasing students' professional competencies. Furthermore, within the scope of academic advising, students' academic progress is monitored, guidance is provided for their career planning, and their participation in research projects is encouraged. The academic staff also contributes to the academic development of the department through scientific research, national and international projects, publication activities, and industry collaborations.

The technical and administrative staff working within the laboratories take an active role in the processes regarding laboratory usage.
