Graduates of the Turkish Language Teaching Program work at various levels of the education system, primarily for the Ministry of National Education (MEB), and are among the program's key external stakeholders. Graduates' employment status, professional competence, and alignment with program outcomes are systematically monitored as part of the program's quality assurance and continuous improvement processes. Some of the program graduates are employed as Turkish teachers at the official middle school and high school levels through central assignment processes carried out by the MEB. In addition, graduates work in private schools, private educational institutions, and various non-governmental organizations in the field of education. Some continue their academic careers through postgraduate education. Data on graduates' employment areas are regularly updated through graduate tracking studies and the university's graduate information system.
Graduate feedback is collected through graduate tracking surveys, online interviews, and professional experience sharing events. In this context, the Istanbul Aydın University Faculty of Education Turkish Language Teaching Program Graduate Survey is one of the important data collection methods that guide the program's continuous improvement and development efforts. The purpose of the survey is to determine the extent to which graduates achieve the program's learning outcomes and the rate at which the program's goals and objectives are realized. Our graduates are the most important stakeholders for the program. Therefore, their objective responses serve as a guide for updates to be made to lesson plans and improvements to program outcomes.
The findings obtained are used as evidence in the processes of updating course content, strengthening teaching practice processes, and reviewing program learning outcomes. The professional performance of graduates in MEB schools and their employment continuity are considered important indicators showing that the program has achieved its educational and professional goals. In this context, graduate tracking and feedback activities are carried out as a sustainable and evidencebased improvement mechanism that supports the program's alignment with national teacher competencies and the Turkish Higher Education Qualifications Framework (TYÇÇ).
